Mascot Metal has grown from its humble roots as a dynamic hardware manufacturer to the leading manufacturers and exporter of Builder’s Hardware and Ironmongery. Today it boasts of its expertise in variety of developments, manufacturing, finishes and packaging it can offer to its customers. Since entire processes are available in-house and are absolutely under quality check at every step, ensures excellence in quality products. Our manufacturing facilities have been approved and highly graded by some of the largest retailers of the world. These high ratings would have been impossible if we would not have shared a common culture a culture of openness to suggestions, a culture of shared belief that quality is utmost important, and a culture of health, security, and safety for the environment and the people associated with us directly or indirectly. Thus we have process certifications such as Total Quality Management (TQM) – ISO 9001:2000, Environmental Management System (EMS) – ISO 14001:2004, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – OHSAS 18001:1999. Today, Mascot Group is the largest mass manufacturer and mass customization solution for Door Furniture, Gate Furniture, Drapery Hardware, Home and Garden Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Window Hardware, and Bath Hardware in India.

It was the first company to design and develop low cost fire-frets for the U.K. market. At the time we were sole supplier to U.K.’s 80% fire-frets market.

Hiatt Hardware (U.K.) Ltd. (Acquired 2009).

We can ship directly from India avoiding the expensive U.K. handling charges and or we can cater to your requirements by supplying you from our U.K. based distribution center and extensive warehouse. Hiatt also offers 3 days turn-around of the orders allowing you to turn around your stock very frequently and servicing your end minute requirements to avoid loss of sales.

Research and Development

The in house Research & Development wing is fully equipped to cater any design and quality as per customer’s need. Hence our customers have an opportunity to get his products developed as per their drawings and or samples. Tools & Dies are developed in house to speed up the execution of the orders.

Manufacturing

We have three state-of-the art modern manufacturing facilities. These manufacturing facilities are based in Northern part of India, Uttar Pradesh at Aligarh. We are about 50 miles away from Agra – the home of Taj Mahal and about same distance away from New Delhi – the capital of India. Over 300 highly trained personals operate in these manufacturing plants and are the company’s backbone, which are also responsible in making our thousands of products successful and unique.

Packaging

With the help of in-house modern packaging facilities we can supply goods in Blister, Clamp pack, Skin card, White box, Colored Box, Tray pack, Header cards, Colored Polybags, and LDPE polybags. Besides these we can provide barcode solutions and private labeling.
